Associate With the Best.

During rush, we invite those who we feel are potential candidates for Lambda Chi Alpha to interviews. Interviews are an informal conversation where you sit down with a couple brothers who answer any questions you may have as well as ask you some of our own. After interviews we offer bids to those people we would like to invite into our fraternity and if you accept, you become an Associate Member.

LAMBDA CHI ALPHA DOES NOT PLEDGE OR HAZE!!! After you accept your bid, you do not become a pledge, you be come an Associate Member. Associate Members are given equal rights as brother and can participate in any regular fraternity events and even hold office in the fraternity. At no point during your time as an Associate Member will you ever be pressured to do anything or set apart from the brothers by doing demeaning tasks. You will, however, be expected to learn about the history of our fraternity, your fellow Associate Members, and yourself!
